padr.el
padr.el is an Emacs Lisp program that converts the
text of the U.S. Robotics Pilot API reference PDF files to HTML (both
"flat" and "categorized" formats), TeXinfo (for Emacs Info
and TeX), and plain ASCII.
I wrote padr.el in Jul-1997 because USR made the Palm
OS 1.0 and 2.0 documentation available only in PDF format, which was not
well-suited to on-screen viewing or quick hypertext navigation.
