This is an unofficial packaging of the ELI Emacs Lisp files from Franz Allegro CL 6.2. Franz have graciously licensed the files under the GPL. (A copy of the GPL should have been included with your Emacs installation.) This packaging of those files is by Neil W. Van Dyke, not by Franz, and was done because Neil could not find the files anywhere other than in the ACL Trial distribution. Please do not pester Franz to support this packaging, lest they regret GPL'ing.
