(This is a personal Web site, but this single page is about my professional work, since I don't currently have a professional Web site.)

In general, my consulting work is in Internet application R&D: conception, through implementation and evolution. I have professional and academic experience in innovative research, systems architecture, software engineering, various programming languages and paradigms, human factors engineering, Internet/Web technologies, social software, information security, privacy and societal issues, and a variety of application domains. I've held senior-level industry technical positions with emphasis on aerospace/datacomm-grade software, earned advanced degrees in Computer Science and new media, and worked in academic research and cutting-edge industry R&D. I leverage this background for solving new problems.
